Sunset Dome at Grace Acres

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed Sunset Dome at Grace Acres! We kept saying to each other that the attention to detail was amazing! This was what we needed and better than we thought it would even be. This is going to be our new spot that we hope to revisit every couple of years!

We had a wonderful weekend! The dome was very comfortable and cozy. I was initially concerned that it might get hot in the summer heat, but that wasn't the case at all. The split-level unit kept the interior cool. In fact, my wife felt cold every night. We enjoyed being in nature and fishing in the two ponds, where we each caught plenty of fish. I caught the most, btw. We spent time at Sulphur Springs and really enjoyed visiting all the shops and restaurants. We're already looking forward to returning for another adventure and exploring even more of this beautiful area!

Awesome remote getaway for couples. really enjoyed our stay as it was relaxing, private and had plenty of nature to explore. really wish there was a grill or something so we didn't have to leave to eat. It's about a 20 minute drive into town and the roads aren't great. other than that it really is a great getaway. the AC does a decent job keeping it cool during the day, but don't expect it to be as cool as your home, as it is a "tent" of sorts. We would definitely stay again.

Sunset Dome at Grace Acres was amazing! The description is everything then some! The privacy and beauty were breathtaking! We stay in many locations and this will be on the top of our list! Treat yourself to a stay here! Worth every penny! We will be back!

This dome was amazing! My husband could not stop bragging about it to everyone. We loved the secluded nature! Andrea was so awesome with everything! We can not wait to be able to visit again! Wonderful place, wonderful host, just wonderful staycation! Everything could not have been better! We had a blast! The 2 ponds were awesome to fish too! Thank you for such a great place- also the storms on the dome were so cool to hear! Very well made and wonderful noise!

My husband and I were looking for a secluded stay surrounded by nature and that is exactly what we got. The dome is a truly amazing experience, and Angela is an amazing host and had so many unexpected amenities! We hope we get the chance to stay in the dome again!

We had a wonderful stay! Even though it was just for one night, it was absolutely worth it. The surroundings were beautiful, and the view was breathtaking. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the start. We truly appreciated their hospitality and would love to stay again in the future one day!

We really enjoyed our stay! Andrea provided clear and easy instructions and the property was easy to find. Enjoyed some time fishing, walking, and looking at the stars. Even though it rained, the dome was comfortable and enjoyable to stay in and have good conversation, watch a movie, and play some games. Will definitely be coming back in the future!

If you’re looking for the heart of the city and tons of entertainment this isn’t your place. On the other hand, if you’re looking for a place to rest, recoup, shut off all the noise, reconnect with each other and/or nature…this is the perfect spot. We loved this little piece of heaven on earth. We were able to get a much needed night of respite from life right when we needed it the absolute most. The hosts are amazing and the space phenomenal even in the pouring rain! We will definitely return!

We had such a fantastic time at The Dome! My husband and I were looking for a peaceful escape from our busy lives, and this spot was exactly what we needed. The location was stunning, and while it rained during our stay, it ended up being such a cozy experience. The sound of the rain on The Dome and watching it run down the sides was so calming and serene. Andrea was super helpful with directions and stayed in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. We were a little worried about being cold, but the heating was perfect, and there were plenty of extra blankets to keep us warm. The rules were simple and clear—nothing too strict or overwhelming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We didn’t get to explore the property much due to the weather, but we did check out some of the local food spots in Winnsboro, and it was such a charming town with delicious food! Overall, it exceeded our expectations in every way. We will definitely be back!
